At Sializ.com, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order and the conditions that apply.
1. Order Cancellations Before Shipping
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, email us at support@sializ.com with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
2. Order Cancellations After Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
You may still request a return after receiving your order, in accordance with our Return Policy.
3. Special & Custom Orders
Orders for personalized, made-to-order, or custom products cannot be canceled once processing has started.
4. Refunds for Canceled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Failure to Cancel in Time
If the cancellation request is received after the order has been processed, the order will be shipped, and you will need to follow our Return Policy for a refund.
