At Sializ.com, we strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible to return your item under the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
You received the wrong product.
You changed your mind (where applicable, see section 2).
Conditions:
The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Digital/downloadable products
Gift cards and promotional items
Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable”
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email support@sializ.com with your order details and reason for the return.
Include photos/videos of the item if damaged or incorrect.
Our team will respond within 7 business days with return instructions.
4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the shipping costs.
If the return is for other reasons, you are responsible for return shipping fees.
5. Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved returns may be refunded to your original payment method or exchanged for another product.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not arrived within the stated time:
Check your bank account again.
