4. Return Shipping

  • If the refund is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.

  • If you are returning an item for other reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.


5. Processing Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time:

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. If you need an exchange, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
